Miss Ryann - Teacher
This is my 14th year teaching at Lewis! I am a product of Cobb County, I went to Eastvally Elementary School, East Cobb Middle School, and Wheeler High School. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education in May 2007. I have my Masters in Elementary Education from Troy University and have my Specialist Degree from Lincoln Memorial University.
I have 2 amazing parents who live in Marietta at my childhood home. My little brother graduated from UGA with his degree in Finance and works in Johnson City, TN. I also have a Golden Doodle, Maddie, who will be 3 in September. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being at the pool/beach, working out, doing home improvement projects, and shopping!

I grew up in Stayton, OR. In my free time I love to spend time with my husband & our 4 kids. I enjoy reading, drinking coffee, & playing games with my family.

Mrs. Courtney ~ Speech
Mrs. Courtney has worked in Georgia schools for the past 16 years. Prior to the GA school system, she worked in hospitals and nursing homes in Florida and California. Mrs. Courtney graduated from the University of Central Florida (Orlando) with her BS and MA degrees in Communicative Disorders. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is nationally certified as well as state licensed.

Mrs. Courtney is married to her husband, Thomas, and has two children, Dalton and Raegan. She has a goldendoodle puppy named Bailey Mae. Outside of school, Mrs. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating and watching The Braves and college football.

Mrs. Courtney recently transferred from Pitner Elementary and looks forward to providing speech and language therapy services at Lewis Elementary!

Mrs. Bonnie ~ OT
Mrs. Bonnie has been working as an Occupational Therapist for the past 20 years with 13 years in the Cobb County School District. After receiving her undergraduate degree in biology and secondary science education from Georgia Tech, Mrs. Bonnie went on to receive her degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She is registered with the National Board of Occupational Therapy and is currently a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association as well as the Georgia Occupational Therapy Association.

Mrs. Bonnie has been at Lewis Elementary the past 6 years and absolutely loves doing art projects and setting up obstacle courses with her students!
When not working, Mrs. Bonnie enjoys being outdoors, whether it is hiking, camping, or kayaking, as well as doing art projects on rainy days. She is looking forward to a fun and exciting year with our students!
